Work..

Well, been at work for around 3 weeks now...

Culture and HR policies are good there... Currently, still ok..

Yesterday, went to Sentosa for a team-building event with a few departments..

There was like high, middle and low elements to conquer.. The high elements were obstacles many many metres away from the ground loh..

Something like those you see now TV, the wire walking.. At least I had a wire rope to hold onto also.. haha..

Well, I don't think anyone knows about this, but I have a height phobia.. After yesterday, I still have it.. Haha.. I don't know how I passed the obstacle though.. Maybe it's my over-whelming determination that overcame the fear..

Don't forget leh.. I am Sun Wu Kong reincarnate.. wahaha.. Just joking.. :p

Well, it was a rainy day yesterday, so naturally, I was all wet.. And I didn't bring any clothes to change.. Luckily didn't fall ill today..

Really tired today.. Expended too much energy again yesterday while at the team games.. All because I "Bankai" again.. Haha.. Or rather, I unconsciously took the lead again.. Shit man.. I'm always like that.. Cannot make it.. Hopefully the seniors are not offended at me leh.. If not, my career is gone again.. Haha..

Oh yar.. Had a sumptuous dinner yesterday at "No Signboard" restaurant at Vivocity yesterday, courtesy of the company.. Had lobster salad, sharksfin soup, crabs etc etc.. Maybe I was tired, which affected my tastebuds, but the crabs I had really cannot make it at all... The sauce taste was overwhelming the natural taste of the crabs and I think the crabs were over-cooked...

Hmm.. Well, I guess that for now, I'll stay at this job and see how first.. The HR policies and culture are pleasing to me at the moment..

Before I forget, gotta thank a Uni friend who taught me to encourage others.. I used to be very lacking in that.. But I guess to be a good future leader, I'll also need to learn to motivate the new generation who possesses different mindsets..
