Intelligence and Egoism...
Haha.. This post is about being egoistic yet again.. :p
I just took and passed my BCP exam.. A General Insurance Certificate.. Think it's something like Basic Insurance and something something one.. haha..
Well, I passed it in one go.. Didn't study much either.. I only flipped through one-third of the textbook yesterday.. today, I took half-day to come home to study.. But hor.. I spent the time sleeping and only flipped the rest of the book in 30 mins time..
I think the most, I only spent less than 2 hours flipping though it.. And they said that it was the hardest paper as some failed at the first attempt.. Even my supervisor also said that it was real hard..
Kaoz.. To me, simple loh.. Nothing much.. Some are on contract and agency laws, which I scored Distinction in my Law module in Uni loh.. haha.. Then some on ethics.. Kaoz.. I also skipped reading that...
Others like insurable interest, reinsurers, basic calculation.. Simple lah.. Didn't even bring in a pen or calculator.. Just use my brain to calculate..
Haha.. I am using super broken English here.. Really shame on me as I am a degree holder and shouldn't talk like that..
But, who cares??? I am one with talent.. wahaha... But without any good educational certificates, without any good professional certificates (except Insurance certs), without good ECA background (nearly zero), my resume looks like a job-hopper, don't look good physically etc etc..
So how??? Companies' HRs won't even bother to call me up for interviews loh..
Think hor, the only chance I have in life now is to either:
1) Be a businessman
2) Follow the footsteps of Warren Buffett
For choice number one, I don't think I can be a businessman... I am more of a consultant, a strategist.. Haha..
Well, guess the last option for me would be a Warren Buffett wannabe.. No choice right??
And my love life is still currently empty... Suspecting that I might have to be a bachelor all my life liaoz.. Haha..
Then never mind lah.. Follow my old plan.. Work hard, get rich, then when I'm in my fourties, can donate part of the money to charity and go do social work in third world countries.. Haha..
Oh yar.. Not forgetting to leave part of my fortune for my retirement and my future nephews and nieces and god-children from friends... Wahaha...
I am dreaming again... *Faintz*..
