Why I feel like Quiting

1) System sucks

The system I use for processing sucks and full of bugs.. I think the MIS dept also sucks.. Can't believe a MNC with years of establishment is so lousy..

2) Supervisor sucks

She had opening commented in a very loud voice that I've been smoking again.. She is lucky I've grown to control my temper..

Given last time, I might have scolded her in front of all the colleagues..

3) Prospect sucks

Given that the system sucks which slowed down my processing for the first few months, I have a lot of bad lots, complaints and super low KPI...

This would definitely reflect badly on my future appraisal and affect my future career there..

Besides, this is the first time in my life I ever had bad lots and complaints.. Customers used to compliment me on my level of service and I have zero bad lots..

This has created a bad mark in my life.. This is a serious thing because I am a perfectionist with some level of pride..

4) Team work??? Ha!~!

They keep talking about team work and team building.. But there was none... Everyone do their own work..

5) Lack of leadership skills and other capabilities

The AMs simply cannot make it.. Cannot even control a group of temp staffs.. Can't even make them stay back to do a little more stuff...

To me, there's no leading function being practised at all..

Also can't make it at process re-engineering.. Tried this and that.. Do they know how much are they costing the company by "trying" and not "doing"???

6) Lack of communication

Supervisors keep everything to themselves.. No form of communication leading to speculations among the others..

To summarise point (5) and (6) in terms of management, there is simple no POLC being practised properly at all..

POLC = Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling

7) My approval and supervisor works according to mood

Imagine, my letter templates have been changed countless times.. The below is an example...

eg: "We refer to THE..." , "We refer to YOUR...", "We refer to your/the .. on the ... STATED ABOVE", "We refer to your/the ... on the ..."

Imagine the number of times my "template" have been changing from the above sentences.. I cannot understand why a simple sentence can change so much and it isn't even really legally binding!~! *Vomit bloodz*..

Kaoz.. In an operations job, don't tell me the above is flexibility lah..

8) From the above, one will know that there is no standards set or any SOPs

In operations work, no SOP and no guidelines = forever struggling.. Especially if your supervisor is a woman.. Sure diez beautifully... The amount of amendments I have to make everyday is around 70%.. On some days when my supervisor's mood is good or too busy, I clock less than 10% amendments.. Madness right??

9) Faults pushed to assessors

Anything that is not processed properly and when clients complain, assessors get it.. Madness.. Approvers for assessors should take the blame rather than the assessors mah.. Approvers check the work of the assessors leh.. Last time, I was something like an approver.. Anything work, I take responsibility to resolve the issues leh.. Kaoz.. WTF is happening in this organization??!~!??

Seriously.. I believe people are saying that I am a job hopper and one friend commented that I am always in situations where I can't find the ideal job environment..

But seriously speaking, I have already changed and downgraded my expectations by a a lot.. I was telling myself that even if the culture cannot make it, even if people cannot make it, system must be at least ok mah...

But... *Haiz*.. I believe this is the worst organization I've ever been to where everything really sucks...
