Submitted my resignation yesterday..
HOD seems frustrated and asked me to talk to my manager instead.. Haha..
So I talked to her loh.. She tried to compare the compensation package to retain me.. Too bad.. She gone the wrong way.. Haha.. She's not able to read my mind.. Immediately thought that it was because of the compensation package that I was leaving..
In the end, the conclusion she drew was: Even if the compensation package is lousier, I'm still going to leave anyway.. Haha..
Today, I went back to work to clear my backlogs before I leave..
Had a conversation with a Senior Assistant Manager.. There was a point where she said they have plans for me.. Then I asked her for the plans and she doesn't know much.. Haha
She think's I'm a three year old meh??? She think I'll just believe her like that and remain?? I've been through too much to believe those few simple words lah.. Haha..
In the end, I told her that one of the main problems with the department is the lack of communication.. Then I was thinking to myself, even if they have plans for me, it's already too late.. Haha..
Think the department will face its worst crisis ever in history.. Don't even know if the HOD can keep his seat anymore.. Haha..
Cos I heard another person is leaving also, besides me.. The department is also full of new people... So, haha.. All the best to them ba..
It's nearly the end for me at this company anyway... Haha..
Hopefully will have a good start in my new job next week...
